1. 身份有GAP人不让到第三国办签证.即使回国办也很麻烦,也得给个合理原因.
2.如果锯了,OVERSTAY从去年7月算,DENIAL通知会写清楚.
3.现在最好立足公司,移民局一般相信老美公司人的话.如果找不到邮寄的收据,到邮局找找看.再不行,请他们出示NOTIFIED 证词给移民局. 还不行就APPEAL,让公司找CONGRESSMAN 和SENATOR.
