Thanks for the quick reply. So basically I will have my passport, H1-B approval letter and I94 back, is that correct? In that case, what documents VO will request to keep until the background check is clear?
If people can still come back U.S to work after they got checked, it should be less risky to get H1-B visa stamp in Canada instead of in China, right?
