1. What should be done step by step to quit company 1 with the first H1B to join company 2 with the second H1B?

2. Does it matter how quick I do that? For instance, litterally, if I quit company 1 the second day I get the first H1B, and join company 2 with the second H1B immdediately, would INS considers the jump is too fast?
