H1B Transfer and Pay Starting Date Problem

刚换工作。新公司PAYROLL出错,PAY STARTING DATE 要比实际开始工作日期早三周，比H1B 申请递交日期早两周。请问如果不更正以后办绿卡或其他方面会不会有麻烦？
