H1B amendment questions

This is my second year with H1B status. Last month, My job relocated from arizona to california in the same company. Job title changed from Credit Analyst to Financial Analyst. I should file H1B amendment, right? Is this simple enought to prepare by myself or need an immigration lawyer? please advice! Thank you in advance.
