1。听说H1B签证加延期一共可以有六年时间，可是当我在第一家公司工作两年后，换到另一家公司，H1B转换后有效期还是三年，这样我还能再延三年吗？

At the end of the 5th H1 year:
You can only extend 1 more year if you don't meet the requirement for H1 beyond 6 years.
You can extend 2 more years if you have LC/I-140 pending for over 365 days. (6year+1year)
You can extend 3 more years if you have I-140 approval. (6year+3year but subject to max 3-year per petition)
