about that so I am really a fool.

In my opinion about the above-comments, If I-140 got approved, H1b can be extended to the 7th year even if I-485 was denied. If H1b extension in the 7th year depends on 180 day 485 pending rather than I-140, H1b will expire.


If I-140 was denied, nothing can help. I read a posting that, if I-140 was denied during the 7th year extension, H1b will expire even if you extended it.
