EB3 schedule A can waive LC, so why did you apply for LC if belong to Schedule A profession?
You can file employer-sponsored I-140/I-485 now for EB3 schedule A category, quota is wide open.
You are subject to 6-year H1 limit, but it's easy to qualify beyond 6-year H1 extension based on what you described about yourself.
