Yu Thank you so much for your sightful instruction. I maybe too cautions on this.

Canadian can visit US without Visa but I think that just for visiting and travelling purpose. If the Canadian want to work in US, they need the TN visa. And the INS said that you can't enter US with 2 different type of Visa. I guess the US INS will ask what is your travel purpose in US. Should I tell them that I am working in US? But if that's the case, sounds like I gon't get permit to work in US as a Canadian.
