his I140 has been approved, and we just submit the I485 in a hurry and did not know F1 can not have extension...

Since he will apply to change to H1 this month, is it O.K. for me to change to H4 together with him, and apply for the EAD on December?

If I changed to H4 and got the EAD, is it possible for me to finish my degree and still working as a TA next semester?
