请问我见等大侠：H1-B

最近我有一个面试，公司告诉我最近给答复，我的问题是：如果我拿到offer，一般多久公司会办好我的H1-B申请，我听说申请后拿到INS notice ,就可以上班了，所以我想确切问一下：从我拿到offer到公司帮我申请签证后拿到INS notice, 一般要多久？多谢。
