Apply only one, depending on the employment start date.
If for immediate start date, you must apply FY2005 at VSC following special procedures.
If start date after Oct 1, apply FY2006 (the default way of filing, no special address or procedures) or file using FY05 way with a FY05 start date without disclaiming "FY2005 number only".
