Risky attorney

I thought about that too, the attorney said h1b application can be done simutanously but she made HR believe there is some chance and she will know in 2 weeks if she can get "Labor certificate", so won't be too late for my H1B application

Anyway, I am wondering if this attorney trustworthy, hope she is
