请教德州domestic violance和绿卡deport的问题

德州，去年的事。夫妻打假，都动了手，LP报了警，警察来了以后做了详细叙述，拍了照片，录了音。保释以后找了当地一个曾经当过法官的律师，收费较高，4次延后之后，律师说，based on the evidence, he canot bit the case, 即使wife到庭上说作证没有这么回事也不会有人相信，court will not drop the case, offered 24 month probation, fine, charge and community service, the best he can do is to drop the "affirmative finding of family violence", which he said will help expunge the record later. 由于结案的时候他说过不熟悉移民法，所以不知道exportation的问题。

是不是能消除record还不一定，主要是现在还是绿卡，如果照律师的多半会export.

希望这里能有人帮我出点主意：
1，这种情况go to trial一般会怎么样？
2，如果不go to trial还有没有可能改变charge以至能不被export.
3, 我的律师怎么样？是不是该请那些criminal trial的专门的律师了？（一般2-3万都有）
4，是不是该请移民律师处理deport的事情？
