for I know that Canadian may have dual citizenship.
but U.S.
she's qulify for subsidy from government of canada.
if she stay in US with green card, can she get any subsidy from US government as well?
because i heard many Chinese parents get some subsidy with green card. even they stay in state less than 5 years.
is that true?
