check NP site for North Rim opening schedule, AND

absolutely do not miss the Horseshoe Bend Overlook of Colorado River near Page.

There is no marker or signposting where to turn in. I believe you can find detailed instruction on NP site, under Glen Canyon, trails. It is between 2 milemarkers, a road leads you to a parking lot, then hike about 1/2 miles. (Flat).
There is also an easy trail at Glen Canyon Dam to go down to Lake Powell.

If you miss the above, you will deeply regret it.
