德国的绿卡是金卡，怎么理解，恐怕有两个解读

-　一个是凭德国的绿卡，可以淘金，拣到金子
-　还有一个是，想得到德国的绿卡，要付出金子，金子般的代价
哪个是正确的呢？估计老革命们大多数对第二个比较认同
