想箭飞了，有什么法子？

想减肥了，两星期假期胖了4kg.关键是肉长得不是地方。想让粗的地方不长肉，该瘦的地方却粗了。娘娘的，全身越来越硬，就那里越来越软，幸福随时间悄悄地流走。
