一个德国GBC跟我说，德国人不在乎你在工作中有什么大成绩，

Beziehung zu Kollegen und Leitern ist sehr wichtig.
Es kommt nicht immer auf Leistung an, ist leider so.

中国典型的例子是陈景润，，。。。。。。。什么的，一些中国老科学家，全部是靠自己的 Leistung 做出来的,
