微波炉用了12年终于坏了，属于正常范围不？

昨天用微波炉，东西进去不会热了，试验了好几次，里面的微波管子不会发红了，牛奶等东西进去没办法再会发热了，我估计是微波管坏了，是 Panasonic 的牌子，

用了一共12年，终于坏了，属于正常范围不？
