去建行或者中行问问银行卡能不能欧洲通用

银行卡（现金卡, bank card, debit card）应该是最方便的。
不要用信用卡(credit card)取现金，有很多附加费。
德国或者美国的银行卡能在中国用，倒过来我不确定。
