马上要为人父母了，但是这方面一窍不通。我们夫妻都是中国国籍，德国永久居留，不知孩子出世后要办理哪些手续，到哪里报户口，孩子将会是什么国籍。可以申请什么福利待遇。如果国籍可以选择，都有哪些利弊。大家请不辞辛劳，帮我参谋一下，先谢谢了。_:D
