说实在，在上海我没有住过三代同堂的房子，尽管过去上海房子一直很紧张，

自从我出生，我们过去一直住在 Rheinhaus，花园，阳台都有，应该比在德国的 Rheinhaus 还要牛-B 一点，大一倍左右，老爸过去在上海滩上，还是有点花头的，。。。。。。。。
所以，尽管我过去在科学院，一直有为科技人员房子分配，其他社会上的人要结婚没有房子，但是在科学院，不论上海人，还是外地人，都有房子分配，地区都在徐汇区，or 淮海路，陕西路，广元路，襄阳路，紫阳路，天涯桥路，。。。。。。。
可我父母和我因为有比较大的私房，一直到我自费出国也没有分配到一个平方，这个事情，我是一直不开心的，我同样工作，同样工资，同样是福利，我为啥得不到？我的房子只是父母的，而其他人却欣慰得到，
因为很多科技人员得到房子以后，以后科学院就以几千元，最多一万元就买给了他们作为私有财产，并且还一直增配房子(级别升高，孩子大了，孩子要结婚等什么的理由)，现在这些房子都很值钱，有的人有2，-3套房子，每个都相当于 100，-250万。出租也很可观，他们真是发财了，。。。

后来90年代中期，上海要扩展扩建，造高房子，我们的房子，地皮才被迫拆迁的，就这样从我们上海人几乎变成了乡下人，而那些有钱的浙江外地人成为上海人了，。。。。

有感而已。
