有人做过LoB(Leistungsorientierte Bezahlung)吗?救命~~

第一次遇到LoB interview，为了这点浮动工资，居然有Annex1--Annex9这些关在等着我一一pass，I feel being annexed by the preparation of the interview.
Does anyone have any experiences about this? heeeeeeeelp!!!!!!!!!_:'(
