谁都可以晒太阳,关键是30分钟前要用防晒膏把全身全部凃个透! 按阳光强度选择不同的防晒膏(50,40,30,20,15 Fach不等).

老欧写的东西完全是在没有半点意识的基础上喷出来的粪.
