1. the new house which your hubby wanna buy now should have both of your names since you are married and have a family now

2. if 房产属lg, you will have problems if you have divorce in the future so protect yourself any your son.

3. if he donest agree to get your name there, try to put house under your son's name so both of you will automatically have rights to that house before your son is 18 years old.
