Daueraufenthalt-EG & Niederlassungerlaubnis

现在德国有两种永居:

Daueraufenthalt-EG
Niederlassungerlaubnis

据说，Daueraufenthalt-EG 可以在EU工作，学习，居留。(英国，爱尔兰，?, 除外).

看上去比niederlassungerlaubnis要好。不知道有没有大侠解释一下。
