天天吃中餐也无聊，今天不吃中饭，吃 Deutsche Kuchen 了，图，

Apfelpüfferchen， 油炸的火比较旺了一点，看上去稍微有点焦点样子，不过上面可以放一点 Puderzucker，好吃一点， 做法， 面粉 + 快速发酵粉 + Quark (Magerquark) + Vanillezucker + 鸡蛋 + 牛奶 + 切碎的苹果小块 + FrüchteMix， 放在植物油或者黄油里微火油炸，基本与做 Pfankuchen 差不多， cappuccino + Apfelpüfferchen cappuccino + Apfelpüfferchen 上面加一点 puderzucker 开始要吃了，吃口吃上去还是里面蛮松的，表面蛮脆的， 做法方便，请客上档次，不妨你下次也试一试？。。。。。。。。。。。。
