我有两个关于公证的问题：
1. I-130子女(也就是申请人)的出生公证：以前出国时的公证已经十多年了，据说现在的公证都是4页了，以前的公证处都是2页的，是需要重新办一个出生公证吗？

2. 公证书的签发处对于公证处级别有要求吗？比如说一定要直辖市的市级公证处的，区级公证处的可以吗？

-No difference, but the 公证处 needs to know how to do it to meet the US immigration requirements including the translation version/copy.
