我们一家去年递交了EB2 I-485申请。我先生是principal applicant, 我是Beneficiary. 我先生收到interview notice后，今年初去USCIS local field office做了面试，我虽然没有收到面试通知, 我也陪同去了，因为考虑到是一个家庭同时递交的调整身份的申请。最后面试官也让我做了面试，我回答了问题，提交了面试要求的原始证件等，然后签了面试完成的字。面试结束后20分钟左右，收到面试官的留言，说ordered my file, and can’t make any decision until gets my file.
请问8老师：这大概会等多久? 会等好几年吗？
_ I don't know, case by case. Is your prority date current now? If yes, your spouse may contact USCIS for the case status, and also may ask the US senator/congressman in your state to help you.
关于我先生的绿卡面试的decision是independently made？-Yes. 还是会因为我延迟？-No.
interview notice必须是背景调查完成才会给？我怎么查我的case什么情况/背景调查有没有完成？
