我是公民，为国内在职党员丈夫申请移民。请推荐有经验的律师。

有退党的途经吗？
-Your spouse should know how to quit the Party membership based on the Party Regulations.

或者其它的建议。
-He needs to write a statement to explain why he joined the Party (e.g. employment, promotion, etc.), and what kind of activities he has participated in (e.g. routine Party Group activities, paid membership fee, etc.).
