假如我拿到绿卡之后，美国公司聘用我，然后派我到中国工作，这样我是否能规避每年停留美国至少4个月的规定？谢谢
-You need to apply for reentry permit which allows you to stay in China for up to two years (you can come back to US to renew it), and also ask your employer to file N-470 so that your future US citizenship application will not be affected (i.e. the time you work for the employer outside US will be counted as your resident presence in US).
