未刑公证needed for parents green card petition?

父母今年十月会来美探亲。我准备在父母来美三个月后为他们申请绿卡.

我父母现在在中国需要准备以下文件, 对吗:

• My birth certificate with both parents' names
• Relationship Certification (to prove ABC is XYZ’s mom and to prove DEF is XYZ’s father, XYZ is me)
• My parents' Marriage Certificate

请问

1. 我父母需要以下文件吗?

• 未刑公证
• 他们的birth certificate

 

2. 我遗漏了什么文件吗?

 

3. 我结婚后改了Last Name，公民证和结婚证上都有我 Birth Name. 公民证和结婚证是否足够证明XYT (婚后名) was XYZ(出生名)?

 

4. My parents' Marriage Certificate – Is that just for my father's I-130 only? My mom's I-130 does not need it, correct?
