我父母在申请绿卡中，拿AP回国，准备9月中回美，最近收到USCIS邮件要求重新提交医疗检查的文件(I-693)，因为事情485提交的I693已过一年，但是他们人在国内，没法及时办理新的表格。我们该怎么办最好？多谢回答。
-They need to return to US to conduct the physical exam and submit the I-693 before the deadline. No choice because no extension for the response to RFE is available. Otherwise, their I-485 will be denied, and if so, it will affect them to return to US.
