谢谢8老师的详细回答。还有一个问题就是“因为我本人不担保我父母（我没有收入），我是不是就不用提交我的收入证明，tax return和asset这些证明了？”只需要提交担保人的这些资料就可以了吧? 谢谢

-Right. You just need to file I-864, and not need to rpovide the income or asset proof. But your joint sponsor needs to file another I-864 an provide the income proof, and if his come is not enough,, he needs to provide asset proof also.
