想帮父母申请绿卡，在美国申请 vs. 在国内申请，请教 一下大家：

 

  1. 是不是在美国申请会快些？-Yes.
  2. 父母现在在这儿， 计划10月底回国 。
    1. 如在美国申请，是不是打完指纹就可回国等AP和绿卡，还是本人一定要在这儿？-They have to get the approved AP before they leave.
    2. 什么事是必须本人在这儿办？-They need to conduct the fingerprinting in US, and possibly they may need to be interviewed.
    3. 申请递上去，多久会通知打指纹？-One to two months, case by case.
