请教8老师，我现在是H1b的身份，有有效签证，下周和太太(美国公民)会去婚姻绿卡面谈，但是面谈后一周我就需要回中国出差2周。如果我的面谈通过，但是在离开美国前拿不到绿卡，或者在回美国前也拿不到(我出差时太太收到可以快递到中国)绿卡，我该以什么身份入境？还有没有什么别的办法？

-If your I-485 is not approved before you leave, I suggest you to apply for the emergency advance parole in the local USCIS Offcie to travel, not use the H-1 visa. If the I-485 is approved, then you may bring your passort and the I-485 approval notice to get the green card stamp in the local USCIS Office to travel.
