欢迎信上说要3个星期内会受到绿卡，可是妈妈想早些回国。请问可以用欢迎信回国后入境吗？
-No. She may bring her passport and the I-485 approval notice or Welcome Letter to the local USCIS Office to get the green card stamp, and use the stamp to travel.
