我的先生是主申请人，他的卡上“resident since”的日期是12/12/2011，但是我的卡上“resident since”的日期是07/12/2011。07/12/2011实际上是我先生申请I-140后的Priority Date。这正常吗

-No. It is obviously a mistake. YOur green card effective date only can be same as your spouse's or later than your spouse's.

-Yes, you had better file I-90 to get the repalcement if you do not need the green card very urgently. If you need the green card to work or for travel, you can bring the I-90 receipt to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp on your passport during the I-90 pending. By the way, the I-90 filing is free in your case (see I-90 Instructions).
