USCIS做事情真是拖。我老公本来年初的时候帮我申请H4,我一直有我自己的H1工作. 大半年过去了一名局就是不批。上个月老公的绿卡都收到了。我本来以为既然老公的绿卡都批了，我的H4肯定就不会批了因为这个H4严格来讲是无效的，因为我老公已经不是H1了嘛，对不对？

-Technically, it should still be H1. But if USCIS ask this question, you need to justify that your spouse's H1 was invalid due to the I-485 approval and thus, your H4 should be also invalid. So, your H1 status is still valid even if the H4 applicaiotn was apporved.
