PD Aug.28 2006, still not greened, what should i do?

Our PD is current in June. My wife and I got approval notice on june 3, but our daughter, whose case was filed together with us, was not approved. Called for service request twice, sent fax to Senator. Still no reaction from USCIS.

 

What should I do next?? Should I file Infopass? How?
