04年7月，你夫人 filed labor certificate with EB2，是regular LC，RIR，还是NIW？

04年7月，backlog center 就开始了，移民局为PERM 做准备，基本上不再处理旧的LC，而是把旧的LC转到backlog center，这一转就转了一年多时间。所以04年7月的RIR，算早的，基本上都在backlog center 中住到06年中旬才放出来。

而你夫人04年9月Labor certificate was approved. It must be a real good luck！
