I wrote a letter to my local congressman in March 24th and didn't get any reply. Today when I knew EB-3 will be "U" in next month, I 急了. I called the congressman office and they said they sent the letter to me and let me to fill out the Privacy Release Form, but I didn't get the letter. So, I 立马 filled out the forms and fax to them. I got the Card Ordered e_mail around 10:00pm.
