这个是绿了吗?

刚收到485的welcome notice，告诉我485已经approve了，但是查了一下online status，还是显示case received and pending，这个是不是说我的case已经正式approve了，为什么网上状态还是pending呢？什么时候会受到正式的绿卡呢？
