Thanks. No service request. We (a family of three) were finger printed August 2, 2007 (during that big rush we all know). I did write a few letters (Laura Bush, Lynn Cheney, and Condi Rice). USCIS and FBI responded early this year telling me that name/security checks have been cleared but I had to wait for the availability of visa.
