I got emails from USCIS 15 minutes ago that I-485s for whole family (my wife, son and me)got approved in NSC based on EB-1b.

Detailed: Eb-1b 140 and 485 sub-miited in August of 2007, 140 approved in June 12, 2008 without REF. 485 approved today. Only 15 days gap. It looks like NSC moves so fast.

My I140 NIW (DIY)sub-mitted in Sept. of 2006, aprroved in Feb of 2008 after REF. I1485s based on NIW case is pending now. I will withdraw them later.
