俺这个卡，等了快五年了，从2003年申请140，到今天才批一个人，啥意思啊？是不是绿卡配额不够用，现只能给一个？另一个需要再等多久啊？小白兔，皮匠，大侠们，能给点建议吗？我们能做什么工作吗？
