Due to the PD Retrogression and can't file the 485, decided to file an EB2 to carry over the EB3 PD.

EB2 Labor PERM Approved in Jul. 2006 with PD of 6/30/2006 with similar position
EB2 I-140 Approved in Aug. 2006 (in 10 days)

File the 485 on Sep. 2006 using the PD carry-over policy,
while either EB2 or EB3 is not eligable for filing 485.

485 was approved yesterday, also the spouse's

NO LUD till today except the first service request.
also a LUD on the EB2 approved 140.

5 years for EB3, not that bad, about average, i guess.

my experience: dont expect too much for contacting USCIS, congressman or first lady.
just collect all the letter from them for the future possible WOM.

Good Luck to everyone.
