上月4次LUD 今天绿了 NSC EB3

应该是MEMO起的作用,希望等待的XDJM保持信心,不要管NSC接电话的人说什么.
前两天版内发的那个NC CLEAR的时间表也只是一个GUIDELINE,我的NC只等了一年三个月,所以你们也是可能提前批的.


NSC EB3

PD 7/1/2002
LABOR transferred to Dallas Backlog Center in Feb, 2005
LABOR approved on 5/5/2005 (but received in July, 2005, do not know why)

I-140 RD 8/5/2005 (EB3 排期倒退5年,I-485递不上)
I-140 AP 1/31/2006

I-485 RD 12/5/2006 (排期总算到了)

FP 1/31/2007
INFO 11/2007 NC still pending
3/5/2008 FAX TO NSC inquirying memo
3/8/2008 Called NSC and told NC still pending and NOT assigned to IO
3/9/2008 Received letter from NSC saying I am not qualified expedite process.
LUD four times on 3/6,3/7,3/10,3/13 but no status change

4/4/2008 Card production ordered

Two times AP/EAD, the 2nd ones received in Feb, 2008, seems useless now.
