MEMO works - 全家都绿了

下面是俺家的细节：

９７年来美国，０１年学校毕业．０２年开始办绿卡．ＬＡＢＯＲ等了两年，０４年ＣＯＮＣＵＲＲＥＮＴ　ＦＩＬＥ　140/485．０５年７月,１４０批准．然后是无尽的等待．写信给ＦＩＲＳＴ　ＬＡＤＹ，USCIS directors, etc. Nothing works. Confirmed by FBI, name check pending since 11/2004.

今年２月得知ＭＥＭＯ，２／１１　ＦＡＸ　To USCIS，当天和第二天，wife　and daughter的ＣＡSＥＳ SHOW ＳＯＦＴ　ＵＰＤＡＴＥＳ．

2/17, 所有家庭成员APPROVED 130 CASEs soft LUDs.

3/12,3/13,3/14 three soft LUDs.

3/17 律师发ＥＭＡＩＬ说收到三份ＲＦＥs - 我们居然没收到任何ＵＰＤＡＴＥＳ从ＵＳＣＩＳ　ＷＥＢＳＩＴＥ. ＲＦＥs全是要求做ＴＢ　ＴＥＳＴ．因为当年我们都是直接做的Ｘ－ＲＡＹ. 周五把结果快件寄出．

3/24　ＵＳＣＩＳ收到
3/25 soft LUD
今天早上收到三个ＥＭＡＩＬＳ．千年等一回，终于等到了！

2/17 on approved I130 for all family members

3/21 Response to RFEs
3/24 Received by USCIS
3/25, LUD
3/26 the above emails for all three family members.
